What we collect

When you contact us about a vehicle through the form, we collect the first name, mobile number or email address, message and the financing or trade-in options you choose. When you ask to get pre-qualified, we collect your name, mobile number, optional email, how you prefer to be contacted, and your answers about the vehicle you want, your budget, credit, income and housing. We do not ask for your date of birth or Social Insurance Number and we do not check your credit. When you message us on WhatsApp, text message, Messenger, Telegram or email, we receive what you send there, along with the name and number or account that app shares with us. Those apps also handle your data under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

We use this information only to answer your questions, confirm the vehicle is available and coordinate a visit or test drive. We share it with the dealer selling the vehicle you asked about so they can receive you. With your consent, we share pre-qualification answers with the dealer you choose and its financing partners so they can look at your options; any credit check after that needs your separate permission. We keep pre-qualification requests on a secure server for up to 12 months, then delete them. We do not sell your personal information.

Saved vehicles

The vehicles you save are stored only in your own browser. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure pages and vehicles viewed, time actively spent on a vehicle, photos, saved vehicles, CARFAX links and contact actions. We share aggregate reports with the dealer whose inventory you viewed. Analytics uses cookies. We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, messages, credit information or financial form answers to Analytics. A click to a messaging app is counted separately from a received inquiry. We respect supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete the information you sent us by writing to sales@autoflowca.com. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
